Milica Tesic
I got my BSc in 2001 from the Faculty for Physical Chemistry at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. In the Douglas lab, I have been working on the application of mass spectrometry to study noncovalent complexes of biomolecules. In particular, I have been investigating the conformations and gas phase binding of b-1,4 glucanase Cex from /Cellulomonas fimi/ with its noncovalent inhibitors by tandem mass spectrometry, collision cross section, and solution and gas phase H/D exchange measurements. The results were compared to the binding in solution. This project was done in collaboration with Dr. Withers group. |
