Welcome to the website for the upcoming RISE2013 conference. This year's RISE Canada Research Conference is being held in Vancouver, BC - on the Point Grey campus of the University of British Columbia - and we anticipate having a wonderful time celebrating the achievements of this year's RISE Scholars.

The conference focuses heavily on providing RISE Scholars with the opportunity to present a summary of the research that they performed over the summer. However, this event also provides an opportunity to meet a large number of fellow chemists in an informal setting. If the past serves as a reasonable predictor, this conference will create new friendships, develop collaborations, and provide a foundation for future endeavors.

For those who are not 2013 RISE Scholars, the opportunity still exists to participate in this year's conference by attending the lectures. It is a great opportunity to learn about ongoing chemical research from across Canada...
